Well folks, I told you at the beginning I would share the good, the bad and the ugly regards my baking and today’s that day to share the ugly. As you know one of my goals this year was to work on cakes, as they seem to be my nemesis, especially chocolate cakes for some reason.
Rather, than write a long blog post of the “disaster of the mousse cake“ as I am calling it. I decided to do a short video diary to share more easily, my pain and frustration from the experience. I know I am not alone and others have probably experienced something like this too when baking. I was just so deflated last night after the experience, but I woke up today with renewed vigor to try and figure out what I am doing wrong.
